The Living Ecosystem: Women Shaping the Future
About This Event
In today's world, talent alone is not enough—visibility determines who gets heard, supported, and remembered. Yet many women in STEM, business, and leadership continue to do impactful work without receiving the recognition they deserve. In this session, Gayane Ghandilyan Arakelyan explores how storytelling shapes perception—and how perception shapes opportunity. Drawing from her experience in the Women Hidden No More, inspired by the story behind Hidden Figures film, she will share how powerful narratives can bring hidden contributions to light and open doors to leadership and growth. Participants will gain a practical framework for communicating their value with clarity and confidence, and will take part in a short interactive exercise to begin shaping their own visibility story. This session will conclude with an AMA (Ask Me Anything), creating space for open dialogue on personal branding, storytelling, and navigating visibility in today's ecosystem.
